ISSUES: You should identify the key issues (minimum 2) of the case. Some examples of issues that you may come across in your research may be: supply chain interruptions, lack of employee satisfaction, breakfast menu competition, sexual harassment, political issues, infrastructure and storage, beef ban, vegetarian population, increase in competition, high staff turnover, poor management, lack of response to the changed in the needs of franchises and customers, and many more.
ANALYSES: You then need to conduct the following three analyses on your case: financial, SWOT, and Porter’s Five-Forces.
After you complete the three analyses, your minimum of two recommendations needs to be based on any information from any of your analyses that you discussed in your text section which would address any of the issues. See below.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Based on the details, correlations, and synthesis of your analyses, include your feasible recommendations (minimum 2) which will address the main issues (minimum 2) of your case. Recommendations: You will develop and present a recommended course of action, as you would to a company’s board of directors, based on your analyses. The viability of the recommendations, level of implementation detail, justification, and supporting documentation will also be considered in your case analysis evaluation.
Your Case Analysis research paper should be submitted as a Word document, double-spaced, 1” margins, and size 12 font for your entire paper.
Your 13-14 page paper should be approximately 7 full pages of text citing all references in-text APA style including details from the required content listed above (issues, financial analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter’s Five-Forces analysis, and recommendations) plus another 4 pages of supportive exhibits of your text (charts, tables, graphs, diagrams, pictures, etc.). Additionally, add the following 2-3 pages: First page is your title page including BA 405, case name, your name, and date of paper submission. Last page(s) is your References page(s) citing all your sources APA style (minimum 10 references)
7 pages of research. 4 pages are just charts and tables, and the other 2 pages are one title page and one reference page for a total of 13-14 pages
