You are a leader of a team that includes 5 professionals who were born outside of the US. If you want to use this as your mini-case these 5 professionals should be from the country you are studying. According to Hofstede definition of culture, it is “programming of the mind” that differentiates one group of people from another. Though all of you have similar professional backgrounds, cultural differences among members of your team are obvious.
