Conduct market research (SWOT or competitve analysis) to support your business model/ case

Now there is an assignment about project management. I need you to do a 15 page ppt about my project. Now I have selected a project and I have written the description of the project. I will send it to you. Then you can complete the following requirements of the old teacher according to my project content and do this 12-15 page ppt. Remember that this includes businees case, WBS, Gantt chart. You need to do WBS and Gantt through Excel, and then you can put them into ppt through screenshots. At the same time, you need to give me the original excel file.

‘Managing a Large Project’ will require choosing a project/ product and deciding on a PM methodology/ SDM (please include the reason(s) behind your decision).

Then:

• Conduct market research (SWOT or competitve analysis) to support your business model/ case
• Create a Business Case, WBS, and Gantt Chart (based on your project methodology and stakeholders’ requirements)
• Create a Network diagram or a low fidelity prototype of your end product
• Call out risks (Risk Register) and define your mitigation plan

Deliverables format: PDF format is preferable. please feel free to convert your Power Point (PP) to PDF if possible. 15 slides max.
