General Comments:
Hello everyone,
As we close out the semester, I will not accept any late work from this point forward without a good reason. You will need to reach out to me to explain why. Also, please make sure you are also looking at the rubric for feedback. I give information there too. Also, regarding intext citations. We use APA 7th. Ed. If I tell you that you need to tighten up your intext citations, you are more than likely not adding the page number for your direct quote. Remember, if there are no direct quotes, then, you must count through the text to find the paragraph number where the quote comes from. Lastly, please use the outline I provided for the final project.
Have a happy week 9!
Module 9 Overview:
This module explores evaluation—determining whether or not the IGR initiative met the outcomes identified at the beginning. This module represents a higher-level discussion about the importance of evaluation, rather than a specific how-to guide for conducting evaluations. This module also continues to emphasize the importance of effective collaboration. As you have seen in previous modules, it is challenging to track and monitor the success of IGR initiatives because there are so many moving parts across multiple agencies. The work done in any governmental initiative requires a high degree of transparency, and it is essential to evaluate initiatives and clearly communicate the outcomes to all stakeholders. Evaluation reports must be coordinated across various agencies. (An interesting example of such coordination involves how agencies report findings according to either the fiscal year or calendar year; this can impact how the findings are written and disseminated.)
