This is a master’s level course on nursing and psychiatric management. Just need information to be put together and for 7 slides to be created to present information. The 7 slides will consist of the Introduction, 5 slides on the information that will be presented, and the references page. I can provide you with the DSM e-book for diagnosis and differential diagnosis. I will be the one to present this powerpoint presentation. All you will need to help me with is to develop powerpoint. Please include notes under “notes section” in each powerpoint so that I can read off of it when presenting. Please use google scholar to find recent peer-reviewed research as reference. You can find clinical practice guidelines on google also.

Students will develop and present a clinical case utilizing SOAP note format addressing the following:
1.Subjective (S): Chief complaint or reason patient presented for treatment with pertinent historical information including PMH, Medication, Allergies, PSH, SH, and ROS.
2.Objective (O): Exam findings relevant to the chief complaint or reason for a visit including any diagnostic tests [labs or imaging] done at the point of care.
3.Assessment (A): Most probable diagnosis includes at least two differential diagnoses for the acute problem [new problem] and status of any chronic conditions listed in order of priority. Develop a list of at least two differential diagnoses, as well as the most highly suspected diagnosis/
4.Plan (P): Include all appropriate treatment and management of all diagnoses addressed during the visit including patient education, health promotion and disease prevention [age appropriate].
Identify diagnostics, prescriptions, referrals, patient education, health promotion, psychotherapeutic intervention, and recommended follow-up. and for testing conducted during the office visit
Include both pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic treatments, emergency treatment (if warranted), short term and long-term goals and health promotion and patient education provided
5.Reflections: Discuss what was learned, anything differently (if any).
6. The PowerPoint presentation should not be more than five slides (excluding the title slide and reference slide) and 5-7 minutes in length. Be complete and concise. Use bulleted statements not complete sentences or paragraphs.7
