The person who thinks eggnog is a healthy egg drink probably likes it more than the person who thinks it is a horrible oil-based beverage, as long as there are not stronger feelings (e.g., disgust at its taste) or behavioral experiences with the drink (e.g., working for the International Eggnog Producer Association). In other words, as we learned in the prior section of the book, an individual’s beliefs about eggnog’s health value should help to predict their overall evaluation of the drink.
