question 8. Three positive things my last boss would mention might be my desire for a clean work environment, my positive attitude towards customers, and the humor I carried with them and colleagues. My last boss and I had a very good relationship, and I was sad to leave, but above me was my boss. He always loved how I needed to perfect the entire shop, cleaning every last crumb in sight. My last day of work was extremely difficult for him because he had come to the realization that I wouldn’t be there to clean up after other employees, and kept reminding me how sad that made him. Aside from that, constant calls would come our way congratulating him on the service provided during the hours I worked, and numerous times customers would applaud my inviting expressions, making sure my boss knew he hired a good one. Lastly, my boss would definitely mention my positive relationships with every staff member, including himself, and the jokes I would crack, attempting to make everyone laugh, even if they had been having a bad day. Many days I would be scheduled to work solo, but my boss and staff members would come and work alongside me, without pay, just to spend time laughing about the little things.
