For this Signature Assignment, find a company that has faced a publicized ethical dilemma involving the law in the past 10 years. Research published court decisions, legal and business journals as well as any other scholarly resources you find related to issue. Report the facts of the ethical dilemma, examine how the company reacted, and explore the impact of the company’s actions on employees, clients, the company itself and society at large. Discuss which actors were involved and whether their individual conduct was ethical or unethical.
