The capital investment for which this organization needs to secure financing in the coming fiscal year is the acquisition of another property to expand operations. There is a huge need for business expansion, and this will require the organization to either buy a new property or lease leading to a forecasted growth rate of 15%. The estimated costs needed for this acquisition are between $200,000 to $250,000. The funds will be allocated as follows: buying/leasing the property, furniture & fittings, cost of insurance, labor cost, production cost & overhead cost.
