Also, am responsible in ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements. Lastly, my role is ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the program's individual projects. Once I perform these roles effectively, it will be easy to achieve the organizations’ objective. For instance, during the Covid 19 pandemic, WHO implemented dozens of guidelines that could minimize the spread of the pandemic. Also, it ensured the Covid 19 vaccines are safe for human use. GHDx is involved to world health by providing health statistics of the world’s population. Health statistics play an important role because they portray the number of people affected by various illnesses. For instance, using the health statistics, it will be easy to control disease outbreaks in various region. Also, these statistics are used in distributing health funds in countries. In most cases, the high death rate is led by lack of medical access. People living in poverty are limited to medical access, and therefore this organization has been playing an important role in ensuring that every person is accessing high quality medical services. This organization offer medical services to more than two million people every year.
