• specific details of the major challenges global faced
• an overview of the economic situation and associated challenges
• an overview of the political situation and associated challenges
• an overview of the cultural situation and associated challenges
• an overview of the associations at play and any associated issues with those memberships
• an evaluation of current strategy
• analysis of the current positioning including challenges to be addressed
• your recommendations on the best approaches to solve existing issues or diminish potential future problems
