• How can an employer avoid hiring the wrong person?
• What factors should be considered in making a hiring decision?
• How would the employee selection process differ for a high-level, key position versus an entry-level, low-skill position?

Many organizations have wellness programs for their employees. Some organizations encourage wellness habits which could occur during work hours and during off-work hours.

• Is it appropriate for employers to become involved in their employees’ activities outside of work?
