So are you planning on having some fun but the thought of what to do makes you reconsider? What to do? Well, thanks to Ford Motor Company, you can have some plan together with your friends by either getting some tickets to attend the concert or buy over twenty live concert from one of the biggest world tour and watch in the comfort of your home. Ford Inc. has partnered with a group of musicians together with other social media platform, YouTube to hold a world hunger tour and stream the live concerts from each concert.
Ford Inc. will be organizing World hunger tour named, “World Hunger Brings Legendary Artists Together”, featuring legendary artists, John Mayer (solo artist), HER (solo artist), Chris Martin (Coldplay), Sting (Solo artist, police) and Travis Barker (BLINK 182, solo artist), who will be present as NEVER SAY NEVER. The tour is set to start from April 2022 in Columbus, Ohio to August 10th 2022 in different continents and countries.
From the beginning of the tour, Ford Inc.’s YouTube page will be hosting live performances by acts ranging from H.E.R, John Mayer, Chris Martin and Sting to Travers Baker for individual who are unable to attend. Naturally, Ford is thoughtful enough to also invite the parent company of YouTube, google. Therefore, Google will be assisting in circulating the event through search as well as contextual advertising networks, thus from today till the beginning of the tour, any individual looking for the information regarding the world tour concert will likely get to see at least one or two advertisements for awareness.
Fords take? Ell this is a big win-win for both the world hunger tour and Ford. The world hunger tour will build awareness on helping those who are hungry across various countries, globally. In addition, using the YouTube will also give the viewers a test of world hunger experience thus increasing the number of attendance in the next tour. ‘Well, some individual argue that live stream through YouTube will cut the sales of ticket, but concert lovers do not attend just for great music but also the entire social experience.’ The organizers are will to let individual who cannot attend due to various reason experience the tour with the rest. For ford, we will be creating awareness on our brand new Ford F-150.
Ford is proud to sponsor and present world hunger tour for the first time. Partnering with these group of musicians and YouTube, is the best as well as great way of giving back to the community. All the proceeds raised through the tour and live streams, will be going to charity organization, UNICEF, a non-profit organization, which works in the world toughest counties and places to reach to children and adolescents that are most disadvantaged. One of the goal of this world tour is to present music that is creative and wonderful from our legendary artists. However, while keeping music industry alive with good music, creating awareness on hunger and donating the profits to various charity groups in the society is the main goal. As such all the proceedings will be donated to UNICEF, which will help in stop ‘hunger worldwide’. This is because more people who are disadvantaged are going hungry, according to annual report conducted by the United Nations (Index, G. H. (2019).
The group will have a rehearsal of three weeks in Los Angeles before starting the tour for the best music. You are welcomed to join us enjoy the music and stop hunger worldwide with the one of the best and legendary with FORD brand-new Ford F-150. New electric Ford F-150 maintains a close resemblance, physically to its ass counterpart but it will offer the consumer a standard-range battery, which can travel up to an estimated 230 miles, while full charge. In addition, for the battery that have a larger extended-range are estimated to deliver a range of 300miles (Carr, M., & Kelan, E. K. (2021). This would be the best model for our buyers.

The graphic theme of the tour will be a something involving FORD’s All electric vehicles.
SPECIFICALLY FOR HW_10 (must include in your PR campaign paragraph)
The group has agreed to hold three press conferences in NY, LA and London to kick off the tour, and the show will consist of some new joint material, but mostly hits from all their various musical careers played together as one band. Each member has agreed to a limited number of phoners, and radio/TV/ in person print interviews.
For HW_10, you are required to provide the following
1.) Basic strategy for PR campaign: what are your story angles? ( world hunger, UNICEF, Ford, etc. ), what type of campaign will it be? TV ( name the TV shows ) and major print ( name the newspapers and magazines )? Trade publications? Regional media outlets tied to the tour dates and press conference locations? All of the above? Take advantage of the new given context about the press conferences and your own press release. The contents MUST be consistent with whatever that was in your press release. 300 words minimum.
2.) A List of the national media outlets ( could be anything from TV to stream, but MUST match what you mentioned in your PR campaign paragraph ) you would approach and what kind of special coverage you would leverage. Be creative but consider special contests tied to various shows ( Fallon or Kimmel ). This is not the kind of group you have to pitch to the media, but you should have basic letter that outlines what your needs are. No word limit, but must include at least five different national media outlets and descriptions of corresponding requirements. (IE: For TIME magazine, we will only consider your publication if we are guaranteed the cover etc).
