Question 1
I intend on carrying out a human resources survey, this is because the human
resources department is very important in an organization. Human resources department
can only work towards the success of the company if it know the needs of the employment
that makes the survey worthwhile. The reason for this survey is to examine the employee’s
motivation to work with the company, and incase the motivation is not there what the
company can do to motivate them. The working culture of the organization is another
important thing that I will address. The other reason is to know employees satisfaction in
the company, the level to which we the company has managed to tap into the employees
skills and talents and the level of productivity is in the organization.
The human resources survey is very important because it is a way of facilitating
effective communication between the human resource department and the employees, this
is because it helps the human resourced department to identify the issues being faced by the
employees in the organization and tackle them effectively, ( Cao & Nguyen, 2021). It will
also enlighten the department on how they can work things around to create a very
cohesive working environment. The intended audience of the human resource survey are
the company’s employees, this survey is effective because it will gives the employees to air
out their views in a discrete way. Therefore it encourages the employees to be more open
because they know that they concerns will be worked on and nobody will judge them based
on what they think.
