As an EM Training Coordinator, you have been assigned to identify and describe a disaster that occurred in your county or region (select an organization from one that you are currently residing in) that resulted in a poor outcome. Then explain what type(s) of future training(s) and preparedness drill(s)/exercise(s) you would mandate to remedy these identified operational response failures from happening again?
Explain how you would best schedule approximately 1,000 employees and 50 volunteers/actors for training within the next year. Create a feasible timetable (split day/night shift) for integration of training to for everyone involved.
Detail who would be best to lead the type(s) of training for the disciplines (First responders, Transportation, Food Service, etc.) you identify. Explain your rationale.
Following a training or exercise how do you implement best practices and lessons learned to improve future training and response activities?
