Loretta is beginning a training program for data entry, which she hopes will lead to full-time employment. Neither Loretta nor Isabella speaks much English. Loretta has enrolled her daughter in a family child care home in her neighborhood.Isabella did not speak and she hid her face when her mother went to the home to make the initial arrangements.
