Suggested formatting for three available modes of Final Project Presentations: 

· PPT- From the chosen topic, respond in detail, addressing each question or main point. Slides should be professional, well organized, show evidence of critical thinking and creativity. The slides should not contain paragraphs, but bullet points, highlighting your main ideas. The speaker notes section of each slide should include your narrative- what you would state if speaking to an audience. The bulk of your information should be listed here. Maximum of 12 slides, excluding title and reference slides. Three references listed within past five years listed in Current APA Style.   

· Infographic- An infographic is a visual representation of information. This is where you can get creative with color, graphics, data (chart or graph) and content information. From the chosen topic, respond in detail, addressing each question or main point. Three references listed within past five years listed in Current APA Style. You may use Piktochart, Canva, or any other graphic design program. Please submit your infographic as a PDF.

· Pamphlet- These are a great educational tool for an audience, it is reader friendly and provides a bulk of information in a small space. From the chosen topic, respond in detail, addressing each question or main point. The pamphlet should be professional, include images, broken down into three columns. Three references listed within past five years listed in Current APA Style.

Introduction.

Despite the fact that knowing culture is crucial to understanding how to give leadership to a culturally varied patient group, there are many successful approaches to deliver effective leadership. Using culture-centered leadership, you may help your team members understand cultural differences and better prepare them to deliver culturally sensitive care to those in their care (Sfantou et, al,2017). It all starts with gaining a grasp of the patient's cultural values, beliefs, and customs. When you understand the patient's values, beliefs, and traditions, you may give better culturally sensitive treatment to them by communicating with them in a more acceptable manner.

Main body.

Consider the following while working to improve cultural competency in the healthcare industry.

a. Assessing a self-assessment of cultural competence.

b. Consolidate communication and remove language barriers.

c. Use social networking sites and online chat rooms to meet new people.

In order to help healthcare providers and other healthcare professionals understand the effects of their own personal cultural and ethnic biases, they can use this cultural competence self-assessment tool as a guide. They can then take steps to improve their self-awareness of cultural competence. For healthcare professionals working in various disciplines, the cultural competency self-assessment test is explicitly intended for them (Dauvin et, al , 2015). To be used in conjunction with other resources, this tool is meant to assist healthcare workers in exploring their origins, identifying some of their unconscious prejudices, and making efforts to enhance their cultural competency.

b. Consolidate communication and remove language barriers.

The study of language has application in all academic fields, including education. Civilizations have risen and fallen on the strength of their capacity to communicate clearly and efficiently. A business's success or failure is primarily determined by the degree of its employees to communicate effectively. A person's success or failure in a commercial transaction is largely determined by their ability to comprehend and evaluate the information that is exchanged during the transaction itself (Yeager, 2013). Directly contact with patients from other cultures.

c. Use social networking sites and online chat rooms to meet new people.

Most importantly, participating in online chats and networks in health care allows you to have access to a vast network of specialists from all over the world (and even from all corners of the globe) who can provide assistance with any health-related problem (Stubbed, 2020). By interacting with specialists, experts, and other patients in your condition via online chats and networks, you may get assistance with any specific health care problem you may be experiencing.

Conclusion

We may build and sustain a therapeutic connection with our patients based on trust by getting to know their cultural environment. A prevalent and significant practice in the health care industry is incorporating cultural competence training and cross-cultural communication in healthcare education programs based on cultural competency. Individual and community beliefs are respected and honored by culturally competent healthcare providers who can also make patients feel at ease in their treatment. Healthcare practitioners that are fluent in both cultural and linguistic nuances are better equipped to communicate successfully with their patients.
