Welcome to Week Three! In our discussion this week, you will share your evidence-based intervention based on your literature search and the rationale behind this choice. The course outcomes that will guide your learning are:
• CO 2: Demonstrate effective project management strategies (POs 2, 3, 6, 7, 8).
• CO 4: Apply theory and evidence from management, policy, and perspectives to support quality improvement and patient safety in healthcare systems (POs 3, 4, 5, 6).
Please discuss your evidence-based intervention and the rationale behind choosing this option. Did you consider the needs of the project site? Did you consider the resources available at the site and the potential cost? What about buy-in from stakeholders for you chosen intervention?
