· Definition and relation to anaerobic metabolism
· Connection of weight lifting to the energy system
· Impacts of eight lifting to the energy system
· What energy weight energy use-The activity of weight lifting relies on anaerobic and anaerobic systems for energy, the weightlifting performance can be increased by improving the energy systems.
· How training and exercise affect the energy system- During high intensity training, the body adapts by storing more creatine that improves the energy system(ATP-CP).

· How the energy system is impacted by weight Lifting-Muscle is metabolically active and burns calories, energy expenditure is increased by lifting weights. The energy that is used comes from the ATP-CP energy system. More calories are burnet during ad after workout
· Through both Hypotrophy, weight lifting van increase the contracting muscles mass.
· Impact of weight lifting to the ATP-CP energy system-During high intensity exercise like weight lifting, improves the ability of the body to produce anaerobic work. The muscles need a steady supply of ATP during sustained activities like weight lifting.
