You will visit a Long Term Care facility for this assignment.

Write a three (3) page paper detailing your reflection of visiting a long term care facility.  In your reflection cover the following areas:

1. Provide an introduction reflecting why you chose this facility. 
2. Examine the mission, goals and values of this facility?
3. Deliver an overall view of the facilities services, staffing and patient/resident capacity.
4. Interview the long term care administrator reflecting on their role, challenges and what it means to be a long term care administrator.
5. Assess how the long term care facility ensures quality care for the patients/residents.
6. Conclude with your overall thoughts on this experience.
