Your College Choice and Campus Culture Reflection Paper:
Part of understanding college students includes exploring their institutional choice and campus culture. As a starting point, students will reflect on their choice process for the first higher education institution they attended. Reflect on the process that led you to consider which higher education institution to attend, how you made the decision to select the one in which you first enrolled, and how you acclimated to the campus culture. The paper should focus only on your first choice and not on any additional institutions you attended. As part of this reflection, you should consider what factors influenced your decision to attend, as well as what on campus made you feel comfortable. Factors can include familial expectations, finances, culture, and aspects that were important to you at that point in your life. This paper should be 2-3 pages in length and should follow accurate American Psychological Association (APA) formatting.
