She was seen in the ED last week for complaints of abdominal pain stating she was pregnant. He pregnancy test was negative . She still believes she is pregnant and is accusing the doctor for not performing the test right. She denies any suicidal thoughts at tis time. States she feels hopeless and depressed most of the time.
