As you watch it, observe the skills that the social worker is using with the client.  Write your answers to these questions:

1.  What stage of the Planned Change Process do you think they are in during this session?

2.  Identify five skills that the social worker used throughout this session, and include the example of what she said (and how the client responded if that is relevant to explaining the skill you identified).

3.  Based on what was discussed in this Biopsychosocial History and Assessment, what are two problems you would address in later sessions, and in what stage(s) of the Planned Change Process would you address them?

This entry should be  double-spaced, 12 point font.
Please write using proper English writing skills, including capitalization, punctuation, and correct grammar.  Don’t (DO NOT) use contractions because these are not acceptable when writing formally.  You should write in first person since the Journals are your own reflections.
