This is a reflective narrative of how well you achieve or master this course and its objectives.  Another words, to be a successful principal, what are those objectives and standards that you have been writing and reading about that will contribute to your success as the CEO of your school? You should really reflect a blue print or an action plan that will enhance your ability as a leader to take your school to the next level.  For instance, what are those characteristics that you are currently studying that exhibits an outstanding academic and behavioral institution? Is it necessary to have a positive school culture and climate?  What will be your mission and vision of your school?

 You can certainly incorporate your textbooks and the use of other scholarly resources are welcomed and encouraged.  Our goal  is to also be able to apply what you have learned to your current or future situation as a leader.
