The purpose of this Case Study assignment is to walk through the logical framework (LogFrame) and to create the project management documents needed to successfully lead a project.
Reread the Kitchen Heaven Project Case Study in Heldman et al. pages 84-87 (see attached PMP_Project_Management_Profess) and complete the following in the Logical Framework Template and the Quality Template:
Part 1 Logical Framework Template (Please see the attached form that you previously started): Complete the Success Measures and Verification and assumptions(Columns B-E) using the following information:
The Goal must have a minimum of two success measures and associated verification methods.
The Purpose must have a minimum of two success measures and associated verification methods.
Each Outcome must have a minimum of two success measures and associated verification methods.
Make assumptions related to the creation of success measures and verification methods.
Part 2: Quality Template
Identify at least three groups or individuals who need to be informed of each Goal, Purpose, and Outcome success measure.
Using the success measures (Column B,C) and validation (Column D) from the Logical Framework template, complete the following.
Add any assumptions (Column E) to the Logical Framework template (the yellow portion). Assumptions will be added, clarified, or removed throughout the project.
Part 3: Justification
Provide a 250-500-word defend/justify how each success measure and associated validation methods support the objectives.
Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
