• Given the findings from Dr. Hill’s research, what challenges would you face if you were selected from among your peers to be their manager/boss?

• Understanding your five strengths, what challenges will your strengths create when you become the boss?

• Using your five strengths, identify which of those strengths will be an asset when you become the boss and why?

• Using your two other sources for insights, what critiques do you have of the article?
