PowerPoint Presentation Scenario: You are employed through your local Law Enforcement agency and have been noted by your supervisor to display a thorough understanding of the Risk-Need-Responsivity (RNR) Model that is used in that setting. Your supervisor reported some frustration that they have seen several challenges in the court system with court officials lacking the understanding of this model and how it is utilized when assessing the drug-involved offender. Your supervisor advises that your department has been asked to be given a presentation to various court officials explaining what the RNR Model is and how it is used. It is the objective of this presentation to help the members involved in the court system better understand so that appropriate decisions can be made to reduce risk and vulnerabilities in the community.

This assignment is specific to the RNR Model that is reviewed in Chapter 10. The student is to complete a PowerPoint to aid in a hypothetical presentation the student is assigned through his/her employment in the criminal justice field.
