Paper Outline Please use the follow outline to structure your paper:
1. Introduction: Identify your social service setting* ( AMERICA LEARNS) including its mission and values. The mission and values are usually identified on the organizations website,. Your introduction should also clearly identify your purpose. *In this paper, the social service-setting is ideally your service learning placement(AMERICA LEARNS).
2. Critical Assessment: Write about what you have observed in the setting by answering some or all of the following questions:
How does the organization act to embody its mission and values?
What services does it provide?
What are similarities and differences between the clients and staff?
How are individuals treated?
Is there a difference between how clients and staff are treated?
Are there apparent racial divisions between groups within the organization?
