Technology is a key enabler of business success; yet many business leaders often have a difficult time reconciling the value that IT provides to the business. As CIO, you struggle to get the budget necessary to invest in the technology and resources required to propel an organization forward. Business leaders are concerned about the rising cost of IT and question whether they are getting a return on their investments. You would like to develop value creation strategies and metrics, and then, craft a compelling story to convey the value that IT provides.

For this assignment, you will prepare a presentation for the business leaders to share your story and present the strategies for determining and measuring business value.

Be sure your presentation includes the following:

A compelling story showcasing the value IT provides
Methods for measuring success and business value delivered by IT
Strategies for promoting and communicating the value IT provides
The presentation should be between 12-15 slides, not including the title and reference slides. Use the speaker notes to provide comments for each slide. Speaker notes should be 150-200 words. Make a video recording of the presentation using the record feature in PowerPoint. Include citations to peer-reviewed articles that you used in research and developing this presentation.
