• Introduction – (15%) Description of the Medical Law topic related to
Health care practice/policy
• Critical analysis of EACH position – (50%) based on literature review (counter arguments and defense)
o All facts MUST be supported by citations from the literature
• Final Conclusions, Implications, and your position (20%) of the dilemma on health care practice/policy
• APA format – (15%)
