As a start-up company in thecustomer service industry begins to grow, the pace of hiring begins to pickup.  Human Resources sees the need to tighten up the selection process.

• What 4 areas should HR focus on in developing a stronger selection process?
• With regard to Selection Testing, please recommend at least 3 tests and explain why you believe these would be important to include.
