For part-A of this assignment, summarize the challenges that healthcare professionals will face in the future; including a specific focus on the Respiratory Care professional (2-4 paragraphs should suffice). Based on the information and strategies contained in the report, your challenge is to develop a proposal for a formal CE Program in your Respiratory Care Department. Currently, your department conducts only periodic in-service education events including an occasional outside speaker (Resident, Fellow, other professional member like a Medical Technologist, Pharmaceutical Rep., etc.).
