In AC 1.2 the 3 components are not clear except “career development”. Please separate each component and provide clear explanation for it.

In AC 1.3 you need to re-organize your answer. Please write a title for each theory. Your answer should be in the following order:
1- Explain theory 1 in general
2- Explain how organizations can use theory 1 to motivate employees.
3- Explain theory 2 in general
4- Explain how organizations can use theory 2 to motivate employees.

In 2.1 your answer is not clear. You need to Identify 2 purposes of reward (why do organizations give rewords to their employees?)

In AC 2.2 you need to re-write your answer. Please refer to page 68 in the updated PPT to see the Total Reward System 3 Components and re-answer accordingly.

In 3.1 you need to modify your answer. Please refer to page 101 to see the factors that may affect the employee’s performance. You must add also how can we deal with good performance and how can we deal with bad performance.

In AC 3.2 you need to explain 3 data that can be use during the staff performance appraisal. Please see page 104 to see the data.

In 4.1 the purposes and process are fine, but you must write about the frequency also.
