I would choose the side of the Federalists. With the federalist we would use the constitution as a base for all governments to live by. Local governments would see our views to use as a starting point on how to run their local governments. The constitution is what we have as a start to making our government strong. With weaknesses of the articles of confederation the first one that was address was no central leadership. With the constitution the executive branch made sure that everyone knew the laws and the branch would enforce them. The second one weakness addressed was there was no national court system. There are levels of court system within the constitution. Starting with the local all the way up to the federal courts. ( explain in own words 100 words)
