Transitioning with Technology

There is no doubt that individuals, organizations, and society as a whole have transitioned into the digital age. We have changed the way we live, the way we work, and even the way we play. Some might argue that this transition has left organizations vulnerable. Others argue that this transition has stimulated competitive advantage. Regardless of the side that one takes, technological advancements have impacted workplace behavior and performance.

Prepare a paper in which you expand upon the following points:

• Provide three original examples of how technology has enhanced organizational performance.
• Provide three original examples of how technology has challenged the work environment.
• Explain leadership strategies to help your organization embrace the changes and challenges of operating in a digital age.
• Use outside research to support your reasoning.

Use a minimum of four credible sources, which may include this week’s supplemental reading and other sources, to support your findings and conclusions. Please refer to the grading criteria listed below.
