Prepare a presentation on the relationship between personality and physical health applying various models of Health behavior change. Your audience is comprised of health workers who make regular home visits to their clients and have an important impact on their daily lives. Structure your presentation to include these four main sections:

1. Models of Health Behavior Change      
2. Current conceptualizations of personality
3. Aspects of links between personality and physical health considered in health psychology
4. Explanations of the personality and health behavior change models

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.

Length: 12-15 slides (with a separate reference slide)
Notes Length: 200-350 words for each slide

References: Include a minimum of five scholarly peer-reviewed resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
