Consider both short term [six (6) months to one (1) year] and longer range goals [one (1) to five (5) years]. How do you plan to achieve your goals? What resources do you have at your disposal? What additional resources do you need? How do you plan to muster the resources you require?
Your grade will be based largely on (1) how well you articulate your blueprint for goal achievement and (2) how well you integrate the material you have worked on throughout the semester into your essay.
