You aremaking a presentation to a collection of senior executives and senior leveloperations managers attending a national conference on the topic of”Global Business Expansion”. You are one of the guest speakers andthe written report you are preparing will be used as a supporting handout foryour oral presentation (you are not making the oral presentation in thisclass).
Each reportis likely in the 6 7 (this means not 3pages and not 10 pages) page range using 1.5 line spacing. Be sure to use appropriate referencing (I’lllook closely on this report). You haveflexibility in choosing the referencing style that you are most comfortablewith (MLA, APA, Chicago, Harvard). Youneed a minimum of six MBA level references (cited) other than the three that Iprovided to get you started. Please makethis an example of your best research and reporting effort.
Topic As identified, the overall theme ofyour presentation is a review of the key issues faced by domestic businessesseeking to establish an international presence. You decide to approach thepresentation by beginning with coverage of five key terms/concepts presentedand discussed by Mike Peng, PhD and expanded upon by your research into otherresources. Your report needs to do muchmore than define the terms/concepts. Youneed to critically describe the significance (impact) of the item on positioningthe global expansion to be successful (defined as helping the firm deliver itsintended shareholder rate of return). Your conclusion will be a summation and linking (very important) ofthese five key items and their influence on successful global expansion.
