You may also find a link to financial statements on your local hospitals website. Share the link to the financial information with your classmate. Analyze the financial statement that you located. What can you describe about the financial health of this hospital? Assess their financial position.
Do you think supervisors, and even staff, should be included in the budgeting process? Could there be a benefit to doing this? Defend your argument with related literature to support your case.
