According to our textbook on page #2, Cultural Diversity itself is a challenge that has faced us since our nations inception and continues to do so. Approached from a proactive stance, it provides a rich resource for fresh ideas and alternative ways of approaching people and offers significant points of contact with virtually all the nations of the world.
