Benefits of Training

You mentioned so many factors that can enable the right training andencourage participation. However, there are times when the employee, usuallythe front line employee, does not really see the benefits of training. This canresult in lack of expressions of interest in attending training when can beinterpreted that the organization just does not need to place resources in thatarea. To help with this, supervisors can be a conduit to building interestamong employees by simply sharing the benefits of training to the employee(Rawashdeh & Tamimi, 2020).
