For your final paper assignment, you will develop a proposal for a campaign or other program for social good; the two main components of the proposal will mirror the major sections of the course: design and evaluation. For this second brainstorming assignment, you will focus on the second component–program evaluation–by describing the program theory, exposure and outcome(s) of interest, the proposed evaluation design, and the main threats to that design’s validity. The goal of this assignment is to get you thinking about your final paper early on, although you can certainly make changes to your proposal before submitting the final version on May 6. If you have changed the focus of your campaign (from your first brainstorming assignment), please be sure to let me know that in your response.

The assignment should be 2-3 double-spaced pages (using standard 1 margins and 12-point font). More details on the assignment will be provided as time approaches. Please review the rubric so that you understand what I will be looking for in my review.
