Why do K-12 teachers need to understand the English grammar issues that EL students face as they learn English?
Response requirement: 1 page minimum doubled spaced
Lesson Plan: Review the SEI lessons in the Google drive folder. Choose a grade level band of the ELP standards from the Language Strand to review. Create a either a grammar or listening/speaking lesson plan for a proficiency level of Els at a specific grade level band. For instance, you may choose to create a lesson plan for EL students at Stage III in fourth grade at the Emergent proficiency level.
At a minimum, your lesson plan must include:
