1. Zoom founder and CEO, Eric Yuan, has a particular leadership approach for motivating high performance of staff and employees at Zoom. What is this approach and why do you think this has contributed to the high level of satisfaction including: #2 Best Place to Work, 98% CEO approval and 85% employee reporting as “happy” in their work at Zoom?
2. Perform an expanded and detailed SWOT analysis on Zoom. Include the following:
1. Strengths: what are they and how has Zoom leveraged its strengths during the Pandemic to achieve success?
2. Weaknesses: what turned out to be weaknesses in the product/service and, importantly, what initiatives were undertaken to overcome and minimize weaknesses?
3. Opportunities: what opportunities presented themselves with the onset of the pandemic—and at this point for Zoom—and how did the “strengths” you identify above help Zoom take advantage of opportunities.
4. Threats: What threats arose during the time of their rapid growth with the onset of Covid-19 and how did their “strengths” help address and overcome threats? And, what threats do you believe continue going forward at this  point? 
3. Building on your analysis above, what are your recommendations for Zoom to continue prospering, particularly if things return to normal.
