For the final project might be to organize your discussion in two parts. The first might be a broader analysis of the culture of the STEM disciplines at Universities in the United States. What is the work culture in these disciplines? What impact does the culture have on the mental health of those who work and are students in these programs? How has COVID intensified mental health issues for those in academia.
