For this assignment you will be taking on the role of a Small Business Consultant or SBC.
COVID-19 has been a significant economic challenge to millions of small businesses, including PizzaCity.
PizzaCity is owned and operated by Samantha. She started the business in 2015. PizzaCity was on track to surpass $1 million in sales prior to last year’s pandemic. Unfortunately, as business slowed and sales plummeted and customers stayed home during the pandemic, Samantha had to close PizzaCity.
As a Small Business Consultant (SBC), you have been hired to work with Samantha. During your first meeting with Samantha, you informed her about several assistance programs aimed at small businesses, and Samantha got very excited. You went straight to work on Samantha’s case, and after two weeks, you’ve prepared a 2-page document which summarizes how PizzaCity is going to make a big comeback.
Identify in the 2-page document which you prepared for Samantha any financial assistance programs aimed at helping small businesses which have been greatly impacted by Covid-19. These financial assistance programs can be federal, state or local incentives created for small business owners like Samantha.
