This assignment requires students to identify the role of Project Management Process groups in the decision-making process. Students will also apply a decision-making model to evaluate, execute, monitor and assess an existing project and identify the input and output phases for each process.

Activity Details
Perform the following tasks:
Step 1: Respond to the following in the form of a PowerPoint presentation.
Based upon what youve learned in this course, develop a decision-making model which includes the following:
A brief description of your project in the form of a project charter statement.
Brief summaries of each major project process based on your reading of Chapter 1 of your textbook, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide), 6/e.
All processes may not apply to your project; however, each of the process groups should be represented.
Minute detail is not required; this presentation should present an overview.
Be sure to include how you will determine the initial status of the project or product, how you will execute and monitor your decisions, and how the final product or project might be assessed.
Use MS PowerPoint to present your decision-making model. If you do not have access to PowerPoint, please create a Word document with each page as an individual slide. You may use charts/diagrams from your reading to help illustrate your answers. Your final presentation should be no more than 20 screens in length. Be sure to cite sources for any articles used in your presentation.
