Overview

This assignment willallow the student to apply the material learned in the class to historicalevents. This will help the student understand the variety of impacts thatshaped a generation’s sexuality and sexualviews. In addition, it will help the student understand the fluid nature ofsexuality across generations. Finally, it will force the student to see theneed and power of a standard view of sexuality or a biblical view of sexuality.

Instructions

 Eachstudent will complete a Generations Research Paper Assignment comparing andcontrasting the views of sexuality between two generations. The purpose ofthis paper is to help students understand the complexities of sexuality and howit changes over time along with how culture impacts our view. The students willresearch two different generations in America discussing the perceptions,ideas, practices, and philosophies of sexuality held by each generation (seechart below). 

     The paper must include at least 8pages of content.

     Excluded from this lengthare the title page, and reference section.

     Current APA formatting style must beapplied throughout the paper.

     A minimum of 7 scholarly sourcesmust be cited.

     Acceptable sources include, but notlimited to journal articles within the last 5 years,                   textbooks, books, and mediaresources (e.g., scholarly articles published within the                        last five years)
