You will discuss and analyze the gap between the current and future states of the workflow/application linked to the identified business problem. In this formative assignment, you should be highlighting the following:

1. Fully explain the current state, future state, and gap for the identified business problem in the associated workflow or application. 
2. List the potential solutions to address the gap (do not limit solutions yet).
3. Identify any potential limitations that will restrict or prevent addressing the gap fully.
