INSTRUCTIONS

Locate four scholarly articles addressing any of the following topics:

organizational performance

performance analysis learning

the use of intellectual capital in training

diversity training

The articles must be from scholarly, peer-reviewed journals and have been published within the last 10 years. You can chose to focus on one topic for all four articles or different topics for each article being reviewed. Summarize each article in no less than 150 words, specifically addressing how the research presented informs your opinion as to the chosen topics in a practical manner. Present your information in annotated bibliography format using current APA format for professional papers.

Student summarized each article, providing a thoughtful and academic analysis of the article contents. Student identifies how each article informs his/her opinion of the article topic. Each summary contains a minimum of 150 words

The review exceeds style requirements: Assignment utilizes appropriate grammar, diction, spelling, and punctuation. Sentences are clear and well written. Ideas are well organized.
